Ogland is the enigmatic head of the Ogland & Sons merchant company. The party originally met him a single time at the beginning of the campaign when he tasked the party with delivering a false, trapped version of the Manual of the Infinite Planes. So far, he has used his influence to bar the party from Taraheil and his resources to assail the party when prudent. He is generally cautious, and so delegates many lower-level tactical tasks to Reginald. It is known that he is also attempting to acquire the Manual of the Infinite Planes, and the prevailing theory is that he simply wants it out of greed.
