Reginald (real name unknown) is the merchant guise of a black dragon in the service of Ogland. He was responsible for managing the hired goons that accosted the party during their time in Taraheil. When the party attempted to return to Taraheil from Eingazal via Morris's airship after the time skip, Reginald was angered to the point that he intervened directly in his draconic form. Though he was able to down the airship, he was forced to flee after being seriously wounded.
